Technical Help Officer
Details:
NAPIT are recruiting skilled and experienced individuals to join our technical helpline team on a full-time basis to assist with the members and schemes technical queries. The role will require excellent telephone manners and the candidates must be able to communicate the technical responses clearly and effectively. Candidates will require a solid understanding, with sound and proven technical knowledge across the electrotechnical and building services schemes.
Location:
The position would be based around the main technical team at our head offices in Mansfield, Bristol or Oldham, however remote working arrangements would be considered.
Working Hours:
40 hrs Full Time
