If 'Yes', we recommend that you take the City and Guilds NVQ 2357 Electrical Installation & Maintenance Online Course, once candidates have gained the qualification, candidates will then be able to take the AM2 at any authorised training centre in the UK. This would then qualify you to proceed to join us for electrical membership (subject to meeting all other scheme entry requirements).
 
Please note there are pre-requsites needed for the course, such as being employed in the electrical industry covering a range of installation work, eg, Commercial/Industrial three-phase installations.

Candidates can complete the NVQ at their own pace, as quick as 2 months to a maximum of 36 months.
