Candidates will acquire the skills and knowledge required to install Solar PV arrays to roofs, the course covers:
- Safe working at heights
- Building Regulations
- Legislative requirements, risk assessment and working at height requirements
- Setting out the system
- Attaching anchor points, rails and Solar PV panels to tiled roofs
- Maintaining the roof integrity
Who can attend?
Although there are no prerequisites to attend this course, candidates will need knowledge and experience in roofing.
