What will you learn?
The course is designed to provide knowledge required to design and install Low Temperature Domestic Hot Water Heating Systems that use Heat Pumps, as the heat source. All boilers are designed to work at low temperature.
Over the 2 days on this course you will receive theoretical training in the following areas:
- Domestic hot water cylinder sizing
- Pipe sizing
- Expansion vessel sizing
- Hydraulic separation
- Radiator sizing
- Heat losses
- Mass flow rate
- Valve sizing
- Thermal store/buffer tank sizing
The course is assessed by theory exams only
