NAPIT announces the appointment of Sarah Lowe as its new Finance & Operations Director. Over the past year, there has been a significant change within the senior management team at NAPIT. NAPIT CEO Mike Andrews stepped up as the Divisional Managing Director for the Compliance and Certification Division within Phenna Group, and Frank Bertie was appointed as NAPIT Managing Director.

Stephen Melton took on the role of Commercial & Compliance Director at NAPIT. The appointment of Sarah as the new Finance & Operations Director marks another exciting step that will strengthen NAPIT and allow a more strategic focus on delivering excellence.

Sarah has become an integral part of NAPIT since joining in 2023 as Head of Finance. She later progressed to Divisional Finance Director for the Compliance and Certification Division within Phenna Group, where she supported strategic financial oversight across the division.

A qualified FCCA accountant with over 14 years of experience in finance across multiple companies and sectors, Sarah brings a strong track record in operational efficiency and financial leadership. She is passionate about driving performance, and her expertise in both finance and operations will be instrumental in leading NAPIT through its next phase of growth and development.
