This qualification is designed meet the needs of candidates who work in the building sector, such as electricians, who need to be able to demonstrate knowledge of Building Regulations for electrical installations in dwellings in England and Wales. Covering all the relevant parts of the building regulations which the domestic tradesperson will need to comply with, including:
- Identify methods that electrical installations must comply with for the following documents of the building regulations 2010o Part A - Structure Part B - Fire safety Part E - Resistance to the passage of sound Part F - Ventilation Part L – Conservation of fuel and power Part M – Hight of switches Part P – Electrical safety in dwellings.
