This training package involves five modules, with a series of online questions to go through each section and an understanding of the electrical documentation required for the PRS Regulations including EICRs.
This training package also includes a multiple-choice assessment.

Please Note: Candidates will be provided and required to login to a weblink to enable the eLearning on-line training session to begin. You will cover the various Parts and Schedules of the legislation and reference to the Electrical Safety Standards in the Private Rented Sector (England) Regulations 2020 would be beneficial. Statutory Instrument 2020 No. 312 is available to download from legislation.gov.uk. Examples of sample model forms and Routine Operational Visual Inspection (electrical) forms are included for reference. There is no time limitation or restriction, candidates can leave and return to the eLearning at their leisure
