The Role

NAPIT Training is a rapidly growing business within the Group. This role plays an essential part of the planned growth within the training business, as we look to provide a first-class service to our corporate clients. The role will report to the Student Services Managerand work closelywiththe Training and Sales teams,while supporting and acting as a conduit to the wider business such as marketing and accounts. As a key account administrator, you will support the development of largest customers.

You will provide our key accounts with unrivalled levels of customer service and support the development of our customer journey.

In addition, you will have the day-to-day responsibility for the scheduling of public and private courses and procurement within the training department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Commercial and Training teams with administrative support for our large training clients
  • Scheduling all public and private courses for NAPIT Training working with the delivery teams
  • Building relationships and regularly communicating with key accounts to assist with the smooth running of their training with NAPIT
  • Liaising with wider departments within the business such as marketing, finance and facilities.
  • Monthly reporting and KPI’s
  • Proactively engage in monthly, quarterly & annual appraisals with clients

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Professional, articulate and confident with outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to build effective relationships with customers and team members
  • Must be proficient in using a variety of software including CRM systems and Microsoft products
  • Be able to make decisions and prioritise workload, working to tight deadlines
  • Solution focused individual with previous administration experience
  • Willingness to embrace new working practices with the ability to learn quickly
  • Electrical Industry knowledge & experience (desirable)
  • Full UK driving license due to office location
