As you are not willing to allow the Business/Trades Person to investigate or rectify the issue reported under the NAPIT Complaints Policy, the complaint is outside of our remit.

Should you have any documented evidence (photos) of the work/installation, you can submit these to enable us to carry out an internal investigation, but the outcome will not be communicated with you, as any decisions relating to the Business/Trades Person’s certification will remain confidential. 

We recommend you complain directly to the Business/Trades Person, if they fail to resolve your concerns, we recommend that you contact your local citizens advicetrading standards or seek legal advice to query what other routes are available to you.
