As the original work is no longer available to review as the issues have already been addressed, the complaint is outside of our remit.
Should you have any documented evidence (photos) of the original work/installation, you can submit these to enable us to carry out an internal investigation, but the outcome will not be communicated with you, as any decisions relating to the Business/Trades Person’s certification will remain confidential.
If you seek any kind of recourse for the payments made to a 3rd party for the rectifications, we suggest that you seek legal advice to query what your options are.
