FREE GOVERNMENT APPROVED CONSUMER LEAFLETS FOR NAPIT MEMBERS

Long awaited support from the Government for Competent Person Schemes has arrived in the form of a consumer leaflet supported by the Department of Communities and Local Government (DCLG).

As a result of a series of successful discussions between scheme providers and the DCLG they have produced the consumer leaflet, emblazoned with their Government logo as accreditation.

The leaflet aims to educate home owners on complying with the Building Regulations and why it is important to use an installer registered with a Competent Person Scheme when having building work, replacements and repairs to their homes.

NAPIT, a Government approved register holder for installers within the electrical, ventilation, plumbing, heating and energy industries, have secured 100,000 printed leaflets for their members to distribute to their customers.
