NAPIT: Maintaining Excellence

NAPIT have maintained their prestigious Investor in Customers (IIC) Gold award for a second year, after surveying all their members this month.

Over the last five years, NAPIT have focused on improving the experience of being a member by participating in the IIC programme. IIC is an independent assessment of excellence in the fields of customer service and customer relationships. NAPIT continue to work with IIC to ensure that members’ needs are understood and met.

Described by IIC as an achievement of ‘world-class best practice’, retaining the Gold Award highlights NAPIT’s continued commitment to members and the fact that members are recognising this.

Mike Andrews, NAPIT Group Chief Executive said "I’m thrilled to announce that we have maintained our Gold award for a second year running. We are continually committed to delivering our members’ needs year on year and we take all of the feedback we receive, both good and bad, and use it to make improvements to the service we provide and invest more in our strengths"

NAPIT has over 10,000 members in electrical, heating, plumbing, ventilation, microgeneration and building fabric trades across the UK domestic, commercial and industrial markets and are dedicated to improving standards in the industry through campaigning and offering free technical advice, seminars and webinars for all members.
