I have made a mistake with a notification, what can I do?
If the notification has not been sent to the Local Authority, press the button for 'Work Notifications' and then the 'Search' button to display a list of your notifications. Then click on the 'Amend These Details' and make the necessary amendments.
If the notification has already been sent to the Local Authority, please re-notify the work in the normal manner.
What should I do if I have forgotten my membership password?
Contact Customer Services by either telephone email or post. If the telephone option is selected we will determine your identity through a series of security questions prior to release your details.
How do I change my Company details?
Company details can be changed by contacting Customer Services in writing by either email or post. A fee of £25.00 plus VAT will be charged for Company Name changes.
What is the process for renewing my membership?
You should receive a membership renewal prior to expiry of your membership. Renewals can then be made over the telephone by either debit/credit card or cheque by post.
Where can I obtain a contract for domestic and small commercial works?
A small works contract is available from the Members Download area covering both domestic and small commercial works.
How can I get NAPIT logo's and van stickers?
Logo's and van stickers can be requested via telephone, email or post. Upon joining you will receive one van sticker in your membership pack, additional ones can be purchased at £2.50 each.
I need legal advice, how can NAPIT assist me?
Free legal advice/cover of up to £25,000 is available for you to use. Please contact NAPIT Customer Services initially with any issue or problem that you may have. If an issue cannot be resolved by NAPIT personnel, they will direct you to the Legal helpline number.
